چکیده
In the present study, indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) producing plant growth promoting fungus was isolated from rice field of Purba Bardhaman district, West Bengal, India. Among 6 strains, AP2 (Aspergillus fumigatus) selected as best-performing fungal strain it an efficient producer well exhibits different ability viz, phosphate solubilization, siderophore production, ammonia and hydrogen cyanide production etc. Media conditions (pH, temperature, concentration sodium chloride) were optimized for augmentation production. The genus isolate identified Aspergillus fumigatus both by 18S rDNA sequence-based homology MALDI-TOF analyses ribosomal protein. Plant has been confirmed measuring morphological biochemical parameters in Trigonella foenum-graecum L. So, can be considered novel that applied bio-inoculants on agricultural field.

Utilization of the plant hormone indole-3-acetic acid for growth by Pseudomonas putida strain 1290.
We have isolated from plant surfaces several bacteria with the ability to catabolize indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). One of them, isolate 1290, was able to utilize IAA as a sole source of carbon, nitrogen, and energy. The strain was identified by its 16S rRNA sequence as Pseudomonas putida. Activity of the enzyme catechol 1,2-dioxygenase was induced during growth on IAA, suggesting that catechol is...
متن کاملEndohyphal Bacterium Enhances Production of Indole-3-Acetic Acid by a Foliar Fungal Endophyte
Numerous plant pathogens, rhizosphere symbionts, and endophytic bacteria and yeasts produce the important phytohormone indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), often with profound effects on host plants. However, to date IAA production has not been documented among foliar endophytes -- the diverse guild of primarily filamentous Ascomycota that live within healthy, above-ground tissues of all plant species s...

Rhizosphere is a wealthy location of microbes, ecological niche and should be explored for potential plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR), which developing as bioinoculants for interact with plant roots and enhancement of yield of crop plants. There are several plant growth promoting rhizobacterial (PGPR) inoculants that seems to promote plant growth through different mechanism such as I...

متن کاملTryptophan-dependent production of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) affects level of plant growth promotion by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FZB42.
Phytohormone-like acting compounds previously have been suggested to be involved in the phytostimulatory action exerted by the plant-beneficial rhizobacterium Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FZB42. Analyses by high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry performed with culture filtrates of FZB42 demonstrated the presence of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), corroborating...
